Tender & Moist Grilled Chicken Breast with Fresh Vegetables

Boneless chicken breast

100g (0.2lb)
Asparagus

100g (0.2lb)
Zucchini

100g (0.2lb)
Red and yellow peppers
100g (0.2lb)
Broccoli
Some
Black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder and virgin extra olive oil

1 tbsp
Rosemary
Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder and rosemary and leave it for 15 min at least.
  2. Cut vegetables.
  3. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes over medium high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 3 minutes on medium heat until golden brown, covered.
  5. Turn over and grill for 3 minutes, covered.
  6. Place the vegetables around the meat.
  7. Add 1/4 cup water water in the ridge surrounding the grill and steam for another 3 minutes, covered.
