Steamed Pork and Vegetable Shabu Shabu

Pork, thinly scliced

Green bell peppers

Carrot
85g (3oz)
Shimeji mushroom
200g (7oz)
Bean sprouts
2tbsp
Vinegar
1tbsp
Soy sauce
1tsp
Sugar
1tbsp
Sesame oil
1tsp
Korean red chili paste
Some
Salt and black pepper
Some
Sesame seed
Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and Korean red chili paste.
  2. Preheat Steam Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry thinly sliced pork on the grill.
  4. Take the pork out of the grill.
  5. Put sliced green bell pepper and carrot, and shimeji mushroom.
  6. Put bean sprouts over the vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  8. Put the pork back on the bean sprouts.
  9. Spread the mix.
  10. Steam over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle sesame seed.
