Basic Grilled Boneless Chicken Breast

Boneless chicken breast

1 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Some
Pepper, salt and garlic powder

1 tbsp
Rosemary
Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, pepper, salt, garlic powder and rosemary and leave it for 10 min at least.
  2. Heat the grill for 3 minutes over medium high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken covered for 3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Turn over and grill for 3 minutes, covered.
  5. Add water in the ridge surrounding the grill and steam for another 3 minutes, covered.
