What are your delivery rates?

We offer free standard shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched we will send a notification via email with tracking information. Please be aware that this email may not arrive until the day before the delivery is due to take place, see this page for dispatch timings.

 

Why I didn’t receive an order confirmation e-mail?

If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes of placing the order. Please check your spam/junk folder just in case it was accidentally misplaced. If so, select the confirmation message and mark it as non spam, which should allow all future messages to come through.

 

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?

E-mail Customer Service or call us at (310) 787-7837 and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

 

How do I return an item that I purchased on www.uchicook.com

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
